|Test||THYROID-STIMULATING IMMUNOGLOBULIN (TSI), SERUM|
|Description||Useful for evaluation of patients with hyperthyroidism or Grave's disease. This test is often used in the diagnosis of patients with normal routine thyroid tests but in whom progressive exophthalemia and/or Graves' disease is still suspected.|
|Specimen||Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(preferred) or a serum gel tube.
Spin down and send 0.5 mL (minimum: 0.1 mL) of serum refrigerated.
