|Description||Includes thyroglobulin antibody screen.
This is a monitoring test for differentiated thyroid cancer.
This test is useful for monitoring patients with thyroid cancer and for investigating cases of hyperthyroidism thought to be self induced by exogenous T4.
|Specimen||Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(s) or serum gel tube(s). Spin down and send 2.0 mL of serum refrigerated in a screw-capped, plastic vial.|
