Description Determining whether a T-cell population is polyclonal or monoclonal 
Specimen Specimen must include a "Hematopathology/Molecular Oncology/Cytogenetics Request Form" with relevant clinical information and cytogenetics results, if available.

Specimen must arrive within 96 hours of collection.

Blood
Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s), and send 4 mL (minimum 1 mL)
of EDTA whole blood in original VACUTAINER(S). Invert
several times to mix blood. Forward unprocessed whole blood
promptly at ambient temperature. 

Reference Values An interpretive report will be issued.
Positive, negative, or indeterminate for a clonal T-cell population.
