|Test||MART-1, IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY STAIN|
|Description||MART-1 (Melanoma Antigen Recognized by T-cells) is widely shared melanoma epitope recognized by HLA-A2 restricted autologous and allogenic tumor infiltrating lymphocytes from patients with established melanomas. The antibody is useful for the detection of melanoma cells, particularly amelanotic melanomas. MART-1 has been found to detect some melanoma cells that do not express the HMB-45 antigen.
