USEFUL FOR DETECTING LEAD TOXICITY 
Specimen Draw blood in a royal blue-top (EDTA) collection tube and send 2.0 mL (minimum: 0.5 mL) of EDTA whole blood. Send specimen in original tube. It is important that the specimen be obtained, processed, and transported according to instructions on “Trace Metals Analysis Specimen Collection and Transport” under Special Instructions.

NOTE: A Lead Form must accompany all specimens. Please click on "Required Lead Form - NorDx" under special instructions below. Complete form prior to printing.
